Video Conference Script Features

These are the most important features of the video conference script, that create the software packages. Some of them are detailed in the video conference packages page and for the moment the most common ones are not listed here, but will be added to this page.

Performer accounts

Performers are people who will broadcast on the website. Your employees or other company's employees ar those that will be earning from sharing their knowledge to viewers.

Business accounts

Business accounts are different companies that will have their employees work on the website, and will be able to configure independent prices and broadcast conditions. Having one business on the website means that the settings (and reports) will be mostly the same for all employees (there are some individual settings for each performer though). Having several businesses means that, for example, if you will have a legal website services, you will be able to ask 3 or more companies, each with 5 employees to work on your website, and each company will earn a different percent (set by you).

Brandable/editable HTML pages (template system)

Once you purchase the script, you are able to fully change how it looks. You will be able to add your company's logo, colors, add link to your company and much more options. The template system means that the html code (the one displayed in browsers) is located in separate files than the actuall programming code, so you'll be able to change the graphics, but not be able to affect the functionality.

Brandable/editable Flash interfaces

The video conference script contains several Flash elements, especially those used for capturing and broadcasting the video and audio stream. These elements include pictures that are located on the disk, so if you want to change the colors, add your logo, change some dimensions of the boxes (chat box, video box, title box, etc) you will be able to do that too.

Complete script administrator settings

As conference script administrator you will be able to set the affiliate earning percentages, business earning percentages, set the broadcast prices for performers (the business owner will be able to set a price from that range you established) and several more options. In fact, you (as website admin) can set all the configurations we have thought of.

2-level Affiliate System

What does the 2 level affiliate system mean? That your affiliates will earn from what the members they determined to register on the website spent (member refferal) AND from the income of the other affiliates he sent to the website (affiliate refferal). You can of course set the second percent to 0, and there will be a one level affiliate. However, if your affiliates are motivated to bring other affiliates, you earn more, right?

Adding more languages to the website

The script currently contains in English and German. If you need it to work in other languages too, all you have to do is go to Admin, select the language you want and then fill in the translations for all the texts. This is the simplest multi-language feature we could think of, it only requires you to translate once those texts.

Conference script admin in more languages

If the person that currently administrates the website does not feel comfortable with English, you can add another language for back-end, with the same operations needed as for the website multilanguage.

Free / Public / 1-to-1 broadcast options

Free broadcast is when the performer does not earn anything from broadcasting. In this part he is available for everyone interested to join his chat room and setup the details for their meeting.
Public broadcast is when the performer is earning from several people paying to be in the chatroom in the same time. This is the case when the client company has two members that need to follow the discussion in the same time (for example).
1-to-1 broadcast is the most used form of broadcast, where the consultant (performer) is discussing only with one client. The client is allowed to have a webcam (you can decide if you want to charge extra for that) and benefits of all the attention from the consultant.
